Joseph Volpe Chief Operations Officer Joseph Volpe has over 30 years of executive level direct marketing experience. He is considered an expert in the area of database mining, contact and message strategy, customer relationship management (CRM) and new business development. His vast experience in direct marketing includes database development, prospect cultivation, direct mail and inbound and outbound call centers. Prior to joining Integrated Media Solutions Joe was either a principal or held an executive position in a number of direct marketing companies. Joe has been an integral contributor to building out Integrated Media Solutions’ media portfolio of direct marketing services and delivering on the integrated approach working with clients to assist them with their backend to optimize customer conversion.
